Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research (IC SCR) is a committee registered with National Apex Committee for Stem Cell Research and Therapy of ICMR (NAC SCRT) that reviews all research projects involving stem cells. The committee has stem cell experts, clinicians, representatives of the public and persons with expertise in molecular biology, ethical and legal issues in stem cell research. The committee as reviews and approves the scientific merit of research pertaining to human stem cells.

  6. Dr. Deepa Subramanyam, Stem Cell Expert, Scientist D, National Centre for Cell Sciences (NCCS), Pune.
  7. Mrs. Sunita Thakur, Layman
  8. Dr. Krishanpal Karmodiya, External Expert, Principal Investigator at Indian Institute for Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune.
